This is a recipe I created myself, its super quick and easy and great for summer meals!
Ingredients:
6 Roma Tomatoes
1 Bell Pepper
1 Medium Red Onion
1 Clove of Garlic
1/2 or 1 Lemon depending on how tangy you want it
1/2 or 1 Lime depending on how tangy you want it
A handful of Cilantro
Salt and Pepper based on how you like it
Instructions:
Dice up tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, garlic, cilantro, and put into bowl.
Squeeze lemon and lime juice accordingly. Use a whole lemon and lime if you want more of a tangy sour taste.
Add salt and pepper a little at a time. Taste as you go, so too much salt isn't added.
