Summer Salsa

This is a recipe I created myself, its super quick and easy and great for summer meals!


Ingredients:

  • 6 Roma Tomatoes

  • 1 Bell Pepper

  • 1 Medium Red Onion

  • 1 Clove of Garlic

  • 1/2 or 1 Lemon depending on how tangy you want it

  • 1/2 or 1 Lime depending on how tangy you want it

  • A handful of Cilantro

  • Salt and Pepper based on how you like it

Instructions:

  1. Dice up tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, garlic, cilantro, and put into bowl.

  2. Squeeze lemon and lime juice accordingly. Use a whole lemon and lime if you want more of a tangy sour taste.

  3. Add salt and pepper a little at a time. Taste as you go, so too much salt isn't added.

  4. Enjoy!
