Girl Scout Cookies but make them healthy!! This 6 Ingredient recipe so simple and so yummy.
Ingredients for Cookies:
1 and 3/4 cup of oat flour, you can blend up oats to get the flour texture
1/4 cup of salted almond butter
3 tbsp of maple syrup
1/3 cup of shredded coconut
2 tbsp of water
Ingredients for Chocolate Drizzle:
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
1 tsp of coconut oil
Ingredients for Caramel Drizzle:
3 tbsp of almond butter
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 tbsp of water
Instructions:
Mix all the cookies ingredients except for the water. Once it's all combined, add the water to the mixture. It will start to stick together, and you will be able to form dough balls.
Prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper for the dough balls. Form the dough into little balls, and flatten once placed onto the parchment paper. Place in the freezer while making the chocolate and caramel drizzle.
Place chocolate and coconut oil into a small bowl and melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds until completely melted.
For the caramel drizzle, mix the almond butter, maple syrup, and water together until completely combined.
Dip the bottom of the cookies into the melted chocolate and place back onto the parchment. Drizzle the rest of the chocolate and the caramel over the top of the cookies , and add shredded coconut on top.
