Recipe given to me by Sustainable and Well which is originally from Shut the Kale Up.
She manages to turn not so healthy desserts into healthy ones by substituting ingredients for healthier more natural options.
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, and I mean RIPE bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 egg
1 1/2 cups paleo flour
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
Toppings of choice: used above is chocolate chunks, walnuts, and malden salt.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients.
Bake for 50 minutes and Enjoy!
